End-of-Life

Consulting

When faced with the inevitable last stage of an animal companion’s life, it’s common to feel overwhelmed by the volume of information (or lack thereof) and the number of decisions to be made, not to mention the emotional burden of preparing for the loss of a beloved pet amidst so many unknowns.

While we know it’s hard, we believe that this season provides a unique opportunity for you to advocate for your pet and your family. The goal is to have the hard conversations now so that choices can be made with an understanding of disease progression, quality of life, natural death/euthanasia, aftercare, memorialization, and grief, all informed by your family’s worldview and personal desires.

- empower and equip yourself to make the best decisions for your pet and your family -

WE CAN:

  • Make well-informed, rational, loving choices about the end-of-life journey

  • Make choices that align with our moral code and worldview

  • Make choices that help make the last days, hours, and moments of a pet’s life as stress-free, pain-free, and meaningful as possible

  • Give dignity to the four-legged friend who has given us so much

  • Honor the bond we have with our pet

  • Find support, so we do not walk this path alone

  • Look back with minimal regret, and even someday smile as we remember the joy they brought us
